Outside the weather’s schizophrenic just like her mind
She points her dirty little finger at me
Inside my white walls are scenic with photographs from my life
And everything that used to be
She pulls my heartstrings just to see what chord she will strike
Around the drain and now I’m in too deep
She wants me to run for the door, just to stand by her side
The trap’s been laid but it tasted so sweet

It’s too late now, the sun’s gone down
The rains have come and we’re about to drown
It washes off her Cheshire grin

Is it masochistic or just a romantic mind

The serenade of the band playing the streets tonight

Behind the curtains away from the flashing lights
